Job description

Summary:

• Salary up to $8000

Job Scope:

• Lead and manage all aspects of MEP engineering works across assigned projects.

• Attend and chair meetings with designers, specialist contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.

• Develop and maintain project baseline programs, integrating updates as projects progress.

• Review contractor and consultant submissions for technical compliance and completeness.

• Oversee installation progress to ensure alignment with specifications and safety regulations.

• Drive the planning and execution of commissioning activities.

• Prepare and maintain Engineering logs and monthly status reports for project stakeholders.

• Guide value engineering processes and propose suitable systems, technologies, and contractors.

• Support tender and proposal activities by contributing engineering input and technical write-ups.

• Mentor junior team members including M&E Managers and Site Supervisors.

• Ensure timely authority approvals and adherence to regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in overseeing complex construction or infrastructure projects.

• Strong technical understanding of MEP systems and authority regulations.

• Experience in project programming and reporting.

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent).
