Requirements:

• At least Diploma in accounting
• Required skill(s): QuickBooks
• Minimum 3 years of local experience in the Construction Industry preferred
• Bilingual in English & Mandarin to communicate with our Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.

Job Duties:

• Maintain & manage full sets of accounts
• Prepare & submit quarterly GST returns
• Reconciliation of accounts
• Preparing monthly management reports
• Prepare and update collections from cash, cheques, telegraphic transfer, and GIRO on a timely manner
• Handle Petty Cash
• Ensure accurate and appropriate recording and analysis of revenues and expenses
• Issuing of sales invoices
• Filing of AIS
• Assist in yearly audit and tax computation
• Liaise and coordinate with external auditors and tax agents
• Ensure accounting deadlines are met
• Ad-hoc duties as assigned
