Job Description & Requirements
Duties Included:
- General administrative duties & any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Handle office documentations
- Handle/Issue of PO/DO/Invoices/Monthly SOA etc.
- Perform office administrative duties.
- Monitoring and following up on outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records of accounts receivables
- Liaising with customers to resolve any billing or payment-related queries
- Daily job progress update
- Monthly Progress Claim to Customer.
Requirements:
- Able to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking clients.
- Experience in construction trade
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in administrative job duties
-Good interpersonal skills
-Able to work in a team or work independently when required
