Job Advertisement – Project Coordinator

We’re Hiring: Project Coordinator

Do you enjoy planning, coordinating projects, and working on-site? Are you organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering quality work? Join us as a Project Coordinator and play a key role in ensuring our landscape projects run smoothly from start to finish!

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating landscape projects
• Support the Project Manager in daily site operations, manpower, materials, and equipment planning
• Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants
• Conduct site inspections to ensure work quality, safety, and compliance
• Prepare project documentation such as progress reports, RFIs, and claims
• Monitor project progress and support cost and resource control
• Handle client and stakeholder communications and resolve site issues

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITE in Landscape, Horticulture, Civil Engineering, Project Management, or related fields
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in landscape or construction projects
• Able to read and understand technical / construction drawings
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and teamwork skills
• Computer literate (Microsoft Office; MS Project / AutoCAD an advantage)
• Valid Class 3 driving licence preferred
• Risk Assessment Management Level 2 is a plus
