Job summary

A construction firm in Singapore is seeking candidates who are proficient in AutoCAD and have a minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, M&E, or industrial projects. The ideal applicant will hold a Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or Engineering. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential, with familiarity in contract administration preferred. Experience in mechanical piping and high-tech construction environments is considered an advantage.

Education & Experience

Diploma / Degree in Quantity Surveying, ConstructionManagement, Engineering or related field.

Minimum 2 years of experience using AutoCAD / Ravid /Navisworks for construction or M&E drawings.

At least 2 years of relevant on-site experience inconstruction, M&E, or industrial projects.

Technical Skills

• Proficient in AutoCAD / Ravid / Navisworks for measurement,drawing review, and quantity extraction.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (costing,formulas, tables, analysis, reports).
• Familiar with BOQ, cost breakdowns, variation claims, andprogress billing.
• Experience in contract administration and cost control is anadvantage.

Soft Skills

• Strong numerical, analytical and organizational skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks undertight timelines.
• Attention to detail and strong commercial awareness.

Preferred (Advantage)

• Experience in mechanical piping, semiconductor, orindustrial construction projects.
• Familiar with piping material standards and its application.
• Knowledge in Chilled water system, UPW system, ProcessSystem, Steel Structural, Plumbing & Sanitary.
• Experience working in fast-track or high-tech constructionenvironments
