Job summary

A construction company in Singapore is seeking an individual to lead project coordination responsibilities. The successful candidate will prepare Building Orders, liaise with contractors, and manage tender details. A Degree or Diploma in Civil/Construction or Structural disciplines is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in Aluminium, Cladding, or Roofing. Candidates must be willing to work in the North-West Area and exhibit strong project management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experiences in Aluminium, Cladding or Roofing preferred.
• Applicant must be willing to work in the North-West Area.

Responsibilities

• In-charge of preparing Building Orders.
• Liaise with Main Contractor to finalize tender details, quantities and pricing.
• Co-ordinate with Main Contractor to finalize variation orders.
• Submit monthly project cost and progress claims reports to Director.
• Draft and present drawings for company's projects.
