Construction Project Manager - Main Contractor (Islandwide Projects)
Job summary
A project management company in Singapore is looking for an experienced Project Manager. This role involves overseeing the planning and execution of various construction projects, requiring a minimum of 15 years' relevant experience and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering. The ideal candidate will be skilled in budget management, quality assurance, and team leadership. Interested candidates can apply via WhatsApp or email their resumes. Qualifications
- At least 15 years of experience in Singapore in Residential Condo, Factory, Office, Warehouse projects.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering N.E.C. (including construction engineering, construction technology & materials).
Responsibilities
- Study the given project and develop a master program and site facilities planning.
- Plan the project budget, quality plan, and manpower.
- Lead staff to achieve satisfactory quality and workmanship.
- Work with HQ Departments on site budget and safety management.
- Prepare staff on their roles/responsibilities and highlight project objectives.
- Work with the WSHO Officer to ensure site compliance.
- Monitor staff performance and provide guidance/training programs.
Project Manager
Working Days: 5 Days A Week (Monday - Friday), 8.30am to 5.30pm
Office at City Hall, project location Island wide
Salary: $8000 to $10,700
- At least 15 years of experiences (Singapore) in Residential Condo, Factory, Office, Warehouse Project and at least one of the project as a Project Manager.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Civil Engineering N.E.C. (including construction engineering, construction technology & materials)
- Study the given project and work up a master program and site facilities planning to meet the contractual schedule.
- Plan the project budget, quality plan and manpower to meet the project's budget and contract requirements.
- Lead the staffs on working with client/consultants on the project work scope to achieve a satisfactory quality and workmanship.
- Work with HQ Respective Departments on the site budget, safety management system and ISO Documentation.
- Prepare the staff on their given roles/responsibilities and highlight the project objectives and company policies.
- Work with the WSHO Officer to come out a framework that ensure site compliance to statutory requirements such as Safety, ECM control, Noise control, Vector control etc.
- Monitor the staffs' performance and provide the necessary guidance / training programs.
