Site Engineer
Job summary
A construction technology company in Singapore is seeking an experienced civil engineer to support the project team in planning and coordinating on-site construction work. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the civil and structural field, possess a degree in Civil Engineering, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. This role involves managing documentation, supervising project delivery, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years experience in civil and structural engineering.
- Experience in LTA projects is an advantage.
- Ability to coordinate work with different engineering disciplines.
Responsibilities
- Support the project team in planning and scheduling.
- Manage on-site construction work and documentation.
- Assist in supervising project delivery.
Skills
Education
- Support the project team in planning, scheduling and coordinating civil and structural engineering (on-site).
- Manage on-site construction work and documents.
- Assist in supervising project delivery and multidisciplinary work to meet project quality requirements.
- Ensure that on-site construction work is carried out in accordance with local regulations and requirements and meets the quality requirements of the project.
- Assist in the preparation of civil engineering and structural design as well as contract specifications.
- Coordinate work with other disciplines such as civil engineering, architecture, mechanical engineering and electrical engineering.
- Write relevant reports.
- Plan the on-site physical engineering by arranging the project and the agreed schedule, as well as the sequence of construction works.
- Other temporary tasks assigned.
- Minimum 2 years experience or above in civil and structural field.
- Experience in LTA project will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge with bridge structure design and bearing replacement is an advantage.
- Able to travel multiple site location in Singapore.
- Able to work under fast paced environment.
- Degree in Civil Engineering.
