Job summary

A construction company is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to manage cost comparisons, negotiate with contractors, and oversee project measurements. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in the construction industry, a degree or diploma in Building or equivalent, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. This role requires independence and the ability to work under tight deadlines.

• Obtaining quotations, liaising and negotiate with main and sub-contractors
• Responsible for measuring quantities
• Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
• All other QS related job scope

• Degree / Diploma in Building or its equivalent
• At least 2 years experience as QS in construction industry
