Overview

Legal Counsel / Construction Law Experience / Up to $6,000

• Draft, review and negotiate contracts, agreements and other documents; and render legal advice.

• Provide legal advice and support to the group of companies on a broad range of commercial issues.

• Setting up of subsidiaries, associates, branches & project offices including closing or liquidation.

• Coordinate with external legal counsels and consultants as well as oversee the progress of their work.

• Coordinate with and advise business units and departments on legal matters.

• Degree in Law with 4 years relevant experience in construction industry.

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, contract reviewing and travel when required

Risk Management Executive / Contruction / Up to $4,500

• Conduct reviews of internal controls to ensure they comply with JSOX requirements.

• Evaluating effectiveness of control mechanisms, identifying gaps & recommending improvements.

• Ensure processes and procedures align with regulatory standards and best practices to mitigate risks.

• Prepare reports & documentation for risk assessments, audits & compliance activities.

• Manage compliance programs, ensuring all activities adhere to regulatory and internal standards.

• Risk assessments across operational activities, ensuring potential risks are identified & mitigated.

• Document from past projects for continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

• Degree in Accounting/Finance/Engineering with 5 years of relevant work experience

• Prior compliance audit / Risk Management experience is preferred
