Job summary
A global consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking a Subject Matter Expert for technical and functional configuration. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience, preferably with a Big4 firm, and strong skills in consulting, project management, and relationship building. - Experience in Supply Chain Management or Procurement systems.
- Experience in consulting or project management, preferably at a Big4 firm.
Responsibilities
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in technical & functional configuration.
- Assist in configuration choices based on technical capabilities.
- Lead design workshops.
- Configure, test, and deliver client requests.
- Evaluate client requests sent to Level 1 support.
- Collaborate with software provider teams.
Skills
Education
- Act as Subject Matter Expert in the technical & functional configuration of the solution
- Assist the functional experts in the configuration choices based on the technical capabilities
- Lead design workshops
- Configure/develop, test and deliver client requests
- Evaluate client requests sent to Level 1 support
- Work closely with the software provider teams
- Position based in Singapore – Occasional travel may be required within the APAC region
- Possess similar experience in consulting or project management, experience at a Big4 firm is a plus
- Is fully qualified with a Higher Education in Computer Science or Business Management
- Exhibits a strong autonomy
- Possess at least 8 years of experience
- Is familiar with Supply Chain Management, Procurement systems, or more generally ERP
- Is naturally able to build strong internal and external relationships
