1. Deep Market Understanding

• Maintain strong knowledge of equity trading products and market trends.
• Ensure the platform enables clients to capitalize on new opportunities.

2. Collaborative Leadership

• Work closely with Product, Technology, Operations, and wealth business teams across regions.
• Promote a collaborative and innovative team environment.

3. Project Management

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
• Gather requirements to align projects with business goals.
• Manage product backlog and ensure timely delivery of features.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with Scrum and Agile frameworks.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships.
• Communicate product updates, milestones, and changes clearly to ensure alignment.

5. Driven and Results‑Oriented

• Take proactive actions to achieve product objectives.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform performance and user experience.

6. Data‑Driven Optimization

• Analyse platform usage data, client feedback, and market trends to refine the platform for optimal performance.

7. Business Continuation

• Support live user verification during project releases and platform maintenance.
• Assist in resolving production issues and identify opportunities for platform enhancements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with exposure to Trade Lifecycle, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of trading products and financial markets.
• Proven track record in project and stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
• Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
