About the Role

We are seeking an innovative and driven Manager, Digitalization and Technology to spearhead the Cluster’s digital transformation and innovation efforts across St. Andrew’s Nursing Homes.
This role is pivotal in enhancing care delivery, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making through technology and creative solutions that meet the evolving needs of residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development and execution of the Cluster’s digitalization and innovation roadmap in alignment with strategic goals and MOH/HCSA requirements.
  • Drive innovation projects such as digital care monitoring, workflow automation, and smart facility solutions that improve resident outcomes and staff productivity.
  • Oversee implementation and maintenance of key systems (e.g. EMR, HR, rostering, and asset management).
  • Manage IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and vendor partnerships to ensure reliability, scalability, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with operations and care teams to identify technology‑enabled process improvements.
  • Support data analytics and digital reporting to enhance cluster‑wide performance and decision‑making.
  • Build digital and innovation capabilities among staff through training, engagement, and change management initiatives.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 5–8 years of experience in IT management, digital transformation, or innovation projects.
  • Experience in healthcare, eldercare, or social service sectors preferred.
