The Supplier is responsible for managing the implementation and enhancement of the SAP HCM system. Key responsibilities include:

• Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
• Translating requirements into technical specifications and developing ABAP programs, reports, and interfaces.
• Performing ABAP coding, debugging, testing, and optimization for high-quality solutions.
• Overseeing Change Requests (CRs) from initiation to implementation, ensuring compliance with governance standards.
• Facilitating testing, user training, and managing changes in cost or schedule.
• Monitoring outstanding tasks, managing risks, and coordinating CR implementations.
• Acting as a secretariat for meetings, preparing progress reports, and assisting with funding approvals.
• Analyzing operational, data, and audit issues while supporting user queries.
• Developing and maintaining technical documentation, including program specifications and user guides.
• Participating in system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations, and troubleshooting SAP-related issues.
• Identifying and recommending process optimizations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Adhering to IT service management and change management standards during project implementations.

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Skills: Knowledge of SAP HCM ERP, planning and coordination, strong communication, team collaboration, Microsoft Office proficiency; familiarity with ARIS is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 4 years in IT, with at least 2 years in SAP ERP, preferably in government projects.
• Security: Singaporean citizenship required, subject to security clearance.
