Job summary
A leading IT service provider in Singapore is looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer. The role involves designing and maintaining ServiceNow applications, with a focus on App Engine solutions. Candidates should have a minimum of 4 years of ServiceNow development experience and a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field. This position offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment where you will mentor junior developers and lead technical implementations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow development experience.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with App Engine development.
- Experience in implementing and customizing ServiceNow modules in an enterprise environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions.
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.
Skills
Education
- Design, develop, and maintain ServiceNow applications and workflows according to business requirements, including custom applications, integrations, and automated solutions using JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow's proprietary languages
- Design and develop custom applications using ServiceNow App Engine, including creating data models, access controls, business logic, and user interfaces
- Lead the technical design and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring they align with enterprise architecture standards and best practices
- Develop and maintain custom applications using App Engine that meet business requirements
- Design and implement automated controls and monitoring solutions
- Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers and administrators
- Participate in code reviews and ensure quality standards are maintained throughout development
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolution
- Create and maintain technical documentation for all developed solutions
- Minimum 4 years of ServiceNow development experience
- At least 2 years of hands‑on experience with App Engine development
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Demonstrated experience in implementing and customising ServiceNow modules in enterprise environment
