An established consultancy firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced SAP Consultant to lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate should have 7–10 years of experience in SAP consulting, strong hands-on experience in core SAP modules, and proven track record in implementing business processes. Responsibilities include providing technical support, configuring SAP modules, and collaborating with teams on customer needs. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in IT and relevant certifications.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
• Configure and customize SAP modules according to business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze, design, and optimize business processes.
• Manage integration with third-party systems and other SAP modules.
• Provide L3 support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Conduct workshops, requirement gathering, and training sessionsfor business users.
• Prepare technical/functional documentation(FS, TS, BRD, Test Scripts).
• Ensure compliance with best practices, governance, and security standards.
• Mentor junior consultants and review deliverables for quality assurance.

Technical Skills

Core SAP Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience in at least one core module:
  SAP FI/CO(Financial Accounting, Controlling)
  SAP MM(Materials Management)
  SAP SD(Sales & Distribution)
  SAP PP(Production Planning)
  SAP HCM(Human Capital Management)
  SAP Basis/NetWeaver
  SAP ABAP (Advanced Programming)
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA migration, configuration, and Fiori apps.

Integration & Interfaces

• Knowledge of SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI, IDoc, BAPI, RFC, OData.
• Experience with API/Middleware integration (Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, Kafka, etc.).

Technical/Development Skills

• Strong in ABAP/4, CDS Views, OData Services, BADI, BAPI, Enhancements, Workflows.
• Hands-on with SAP UI5, Fiori, Gateway, and SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform).

Other Tough Skills

• Knowledge of SAP Security (GRC, Role Design, SOD).
• Familiarity with SAP BW/4HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur.
• Experience with Solution Manager (ChaRM, Monitoring, Testing).
• Strong understanding of business process re-engineering and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7–10 years of SAP consulting/implementation experience.
• At least 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations.
• Preferred Certifications:
  SAP Certified Application Associatein relevant module.
  SAP S/4HANA Consultant Certification.
