This 1-year renewable contract opportunity as a Checker Specialist, Admin at Capital Human Resource Management Pte. Ltd in the East Region involves overseeing warehouse and distribution operations to ensure efficient inventory management and customer service excellence.

• Lead client communications by managing inquiries, complaints, and special requests to maintain strong client relationships and satisfaction
• Resolve complex logistics challenges by collaborating with warehouse, transportation, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor and track orders from initiation to final delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of shipments
• Provide proactive updates to customers regarding shipment status and potential disruptions to enhance transparency
• Mentor and support junior customer service staff by delivering training and contributing to the development of standard operating procedures
• Identify and implement process improvements to optimize service performance and prepare detailed reports for management review
• Ensure strict compliance with company policies, service level agreements (SLAs), and relevant industry regulations to uphold operational standards

• Diploma in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with a strong background in logistics, supply chain operations, and inventory management
• Proficient in logistics management systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively manage client relationships and collaborate with internal teams
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills with experience handling escalated or complex customer issues
• Ability to mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth
• Detail-oriented and highly organized to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
