About the role

We are seeking an experienced Audit Associate or Audit Senior to join our dynamic and growing team at ROBERT YAM & CO PAC'. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality audit services to our valued clients in the Singapore market. As a member of our Audit team, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the financial integrity and compliance of our client organisations.

What you’ll be doing

• Conducting comprehensive audits of financial statements and internal controls to identify potential risks and ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulations
• Collaborating closely with clients to understand their business operations and financial reporting requirements
• Preparing detailed audit reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to clients
• Providing advisory services to clients on accounting, tax, and regulatory matters
• Mentoring and training junior team members to develop their audit skills and expertise
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of audit methodologies and tools

What we’re looking for

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with a minimum of 2 years of experience in external audit
• Candidates with audit experience and/or pursuing ACCA or other accounting professional qualifications are also welcome to apply
• Thorough understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills to identify and address complex accounting and auditing issues
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with clients and collaborate within a team
• Proactive and adaptable mindset to thrive in a dynamic professional services environment
