About the Role

Join as a Senior Manager/Manager, Future Health System, and lead initiatives that shape the digital patient journey. You will manage operations, drive service excellence, and collaborate on transformational projects aligned with our strategic goal of being a leading phygital hospital.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations & Administration: Oversee daily operations, projects, and resource allocation; ensure compliance with organisational policies, regulatory requirements, and quality standards.
  • Performance & Financial Management: Monitor and analyse KPIs, drive adoption of digital services and manage budgets to ensure financial sustainability.
  • Manpower & Staff Development: Manage manpower planning, appraisals, training and staff engagement.
  • Service Quality & Stakeholder Relations: Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure safe, high-quality patient care, address feedback and complaints promptly, maintaining service excellence and patient satisfaction.
  • Communication & Technology: Cascade strategic communications, foster teamwork, and champion process improvements and innovation through technology adoption.
  • Other Duties: Provide Secretariat support in meetings, committees and support initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree from a recognised institution with minimum 5-6 years of working experience, preferably in healthcare, with at least 2-3 years in supervisory or leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing clinical operations, leading teams, and driving operational performance and service excellence.
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
  • A driven and independent worker who can manage priorities to work under pressure and adapt to challenging conditions.
