Responsibilities

• Participate in business needs analysis and identify potential procurement strategy opportunities. Support the development and implementation of procurement strategies to ensure maximum cost efficiency.
• Evaluate market and supply trends to provide data support for procurement decisions.
• Search and evaluate potential suppliers to ensure stable delivery quality. Establish and maintain long‑term cooperative relationships with suppliers, promote continuous improvement of cooperation through regular communication and evaluation.
• Negotiate contract terms to ensure the best price and service level.
• Work closely with the business team, participate in the entire procurement process, complete the procurement system operation, and ensure the efficient delivery of procurement projects.
• Coordinate and resolve issues that arise during the procurement process to ensure process compliance.
• Complete procurement process operations and other tasks assigned by team and leader.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Possess good communication skills and teamwork spirit, able to cooperate effectively with different departments and suppliers.
• Possess strong data analysis and logical thinking abilities, able to solve problems independently.
• Collaborative mindset and enjoys being part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Having basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain management, having relevant internship experience is preferred.
• Always being positive and proactive, having a strong sense of responsibility, able to withstand pressure at a certain level.
