Job Description:

• Conduct daily inspections and resolve issues related to building operations and M&E systems
• Perform preventive maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire protection, BAS/EMS, security surveillance, and access systems
• Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment to minimize downtime
• Respond promptly to tenant service requests and emergencies
• Optimize energy efficiency and occupant comfort through BAS & EMS optimization

• Maintain maintenance logs, equipment records, and inventory of spare parts
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, MOM, SCDF, BCA, SFA, and NEA regulations
• Assist with budget planning, permits, and contractor management

• Serve as a key responder for after-hours emergencies
• Enforce company safety policies and participate in safety drills
• Ensure life safety systems are fully operational and compliant

• Identify energy‑saving opportunities and operational improvements
• Support facility upgrades, sustainability initiatives, and efficiency projects

• Diploma/Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on experience in commercial/factory building operations and maintenance
• Strong, proven technical knowledge in two or more of the following areas: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, or controls
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and operational manuals
• Familiarity with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Energy Management Systems (EMS)
• Excellent troubleshooting, problem‑solving, and critical thinking skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on customer service
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
• Must be available for occasional overtime, weekend work, and a rotating on‑call schedule to respond to emergencies
