Our clients are seeking 2 proactive, relationship-driven Assistant Client Servicing Managers to champion exceptional service delivery across their portfolios. In this pivotal role, you’ll serve as the trusted point of contact for clients—ensuring seamless communication, swift issue resolution, and elevated experiences that foster loyalty and long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison for assigned clients, managing service requests, feedback, and escalations
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and product comparisons
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality service delivery
  • Monitor client satisfaction and implement strategies for continuous improvement
  • Coordinate with internal teams (operations, compliance, product) to resolve client issues swiftly and accurately
  • Support client onboarding, documentation, and regulatory compliance
  • Maintain accurate records and uphold service standards aligned with MAS guidelines
