We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Procurement Executive to manage sourcing, purchasing, and vendor coordination activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely procurement of goods and services at competitive prices while maintaining quality and compliance with company policies.

This role requires close coordination with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, including vendors based in Vietnam. Therefore, the ability to communicate effectively in both written and spoken Vietnamese & Thai is essential.

• Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to achieve cost-effective procurement outcomes
• Manage end-to-end procurement activities, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, delivery tracking, and invoice reconciliation
• Liaise with Vietnam-based suppliers on pricing, lead time, specifications, and contractual terms
• Maintain accurate procurement records, vendor databases, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies, contractual terms, and audit requirements
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., finance, operations, project teams) to support business requirements
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve any delivery, quality, or commercial issues
• Support contract renewals and ad-hoc procurement-related tasks as required
