主要职责 / Key Responsibilities
(一)教学计划与课程管理 / Academic Planning and Curriculum Management
- 制定与修订教学计划、课程结构与教学大纲,确保符合学院战略目标与监管要求。
- 监督课程实施与教学评估,确保教学内容的系统性与科学性。
- 组织课程审核、教材选用及教学质量检查。
- 根据反馈与行业变化,提出课程优化建议。
- Formulate and revise academic plans, curriculum structures, and syllabi to ensure alignment with strategic and regulatory requirements.
- Supervise course implementation and evaluation to maintain academic coherence and rigor.
- Organize curriculum reviews, teaching material selection, and instructional quality audits.
- Recommend curriculum enhancement based on feedback and industry trends.
(二)教学运行与排课管理 / Academic Operations and Timetable Management
- 统筹全院教学进度、课程安排与排课工作。
- 协调教师、教室及教学资源的分配与使用。
- 处理课程调整、代课、请假及教学突发事件等事宜。
- 定期监控教学运行数据,为决策提供依据。
- Coordinate the overall academic schedule, course timetabling, and class assignments.
- Manage the allocation and utilization of faculty, classrooms, and learning facilities.
- Handle class adjustments, substitutions, and teaching contingencies.
- Monitor academic operations and analyze performance data for decision-making support.
(三)教师管理与教学质量提升 / Faculty Management and Teaching Quality Enhancement
- 指导与监督教师的教学活动及教学文件。
- 组织教学观摩、研讨及培训活动,促进教学改进。
- 执行教师试讲与课程评估制度,确保教学质量稳定。
- 定期进行教学反馈分析并落实改进计划。
- Supervise and guide faculty in teaching activities and documentation.
- Organize teaching observations, workshops, and training to promote pedagogical development.
- Implement trial-lecture and evaluation systems to ensure consistent quality.
- Conduct teaching-performance reviews and follow through on improvement actions.
(四)考试与成绩管理 / Examination and Assessment Management
- 制定考试制度与考务流程,确保考试公平、公正、规范。
- 审核试卷、监考与阅卷安排,监督成绩录入与发布。
- 处理考试异议、学术不端及成绩复核事项。
- 分析考试数据,为课程改进提供依据。
- Establish examination policies and procedures to ensure fairness and integrity.
- Review examination papers, invigilation, and marking arrangements.
- Handle grade appeals, academic misconduct, and result verification.
- Analyze assessment data to evaluate learning outcomes and support curriculum review.
(五)教学评估与认证配合 / Academic Evaluation and Accreditation Compliance
- 收集、整理并分析教学数据,为 EduTrust、ISO 及外部审核提供支持。
- 编制年度教学报告及教学质量管理文件。
- 协助内部审核与管理评审,落实持续改进措施。
- 定期检讨政策与流程,确保持续合规。
- Collect and analyze academic data to support EduTrust, ISO, and external audits.
- Prepare annual academic reports and quality-management documentation.
- Assist in internal audits and management reviews with follow-up on corrective actions.
- Review and update academic policies and procedures for ongoing compliance.
(六)国际与继续教育协作 / International and Continuing-Education Collaboration
- 协调国际合作院校的课程与学分衔接。
- 规划及管理进修课程、短期培训与继续教育项目。
- 支持海外交流与联合教学计划的实施。
- Coordinate curriculum alignment and credit articulation with overseas partner institutions.
- Plan and manage continuing-education programs, short courses, and professional training.
- Support international exchange programs and joint-academic initiatives.
(七)学生教学事务支持 / Student Academic Support
- 处理与教学相关的学生事务,如课程咨询与学习进度支持。
- 协调注册处及相关部门,确保教学与学籍数据一致。
- 收集学生反馈与满意度数据,用于教学改进。
- Address student academic issues such as course advice and learning progress.
- Liaise with the Registry and related departments to ensure data consistency.
- Gather and analyze student feedback and satisfaction for continuous improvement.
(八)学术会议与委员会事务 / Academic Committees and Meetings
- 筹划及主持学术委员会、考试委员会等会议。
- 记录并落实会议议决事项。
- 向院长提交学术与教学改进建议。
- Plan and coordinate Academic and Examination Committee meetings.
- Document and monitor the execution of resolutions.
- Submit academic and instructional enhancement recommendations to the Principal.
(九)跨部门协调与外部联络 / Cross-Departmental Coordination and External Liaison
- 加强与其他部门的协作。
- 对接教学基地,确保临床教学顺利。
- 管理图书馆与教学资源中心,支持教学与科研。
- Strengthen collaboration with other departments。
- Liaise with clinical training bases to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee the management of the library and resource centre to support teaching and research.
(十)其他职责 / Other Duties
- 参与学院战略会议与教学改革项目。
- 完成院长及管理层交办的其他教学相关工作。
- Participate in strategic planning and academic-reform projects.
- Undertake other academic-related duties assigned by the Principal or Management.
Requirements
- 具备中医学士学位或同等学历,毕业于认可的高等中医药院校;
- 拥有至少20年中医教育及教学管理经验;
- 对中医课程设计、教学管理及教学质量保证体系有深入理解与实际经验;
- 能教授至少一门中医核心课程(如《中医诊断学》《中医内科学》《中医经典》等);
- 熟悉新加坡《私校法令》、EduTrust认证制度体系者优先;
- 具备优秀的团队领导、协调及沟通能力;
- 具高度责任感、严谨的工作态度与良好的职业操守。
- Bachelor’s Degree in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution.
- At least 20 years of proven experience in TCM education and academic administration.
- Strong understanding of TCM curriculum design, academic operations, and quality assurance frameworks.
- Qualified to teach at least one core TCM subject (e.g. TCM Diagnostics, Internal Medicine, or Classical Texts).
- Familiar with Singapore’s Private Education Act, EduTrust Certification Scheme.
- Demonstrated leadership in managing academic teams, faculty coordination, and examinations.
- High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and integrity.
