Job summary
A prominent HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Shipping Executive to manage shipping documentation and logistics operations. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of relevant experience and be responsible for preparing shipping documents, applying for necessary certifications, and ensuring compliance with shipping regulations. This is a full-time role that offers a salary between $2,800 and $3,300, working Monday to Friday from 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM. Interested applicants should send their resume to the provided email.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of relevant experience in shipping or logistics.
Responsibilities
- Prepare full set of shipping documents including BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List.
- Apply for SFA Export Health Cert & Free Sale Cert.
- Arrange courier of samples and documents.
- Prepare shipping markings and ensure timely documentation.
- Data entry and filing of documents.
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
