A leading real estate firm in Singapore is looking for a dynamic Project Coordinator & Executive Assistant. The successful candidate will provide support across project management, stakeholder engagement, and executive coordination. This role requires exceptional organizational abilities, strong communication skills, and the adaptability to function in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should have proven experience in project coordination, particularly in real estate or professional services, and be proficient in MS Office Suite. Immediate availability is preferred.
