The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. You will be the cornerstone of our HR operations, providing essential support across the full employee lifecycle. This is a hands‑on role perfect for someone looking to develop their expertise in a broad-based HR function within a vibrant and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities (Job Scope):
1. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: from job posting on portals (e.g., JobStreet, LinkedIn, MyCareersFuture), screening, scheduling interviews, to preparing employment offers.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires, including preparation of documentation, conducting orientation, and facilitating integration into the company.
2. HR Administration & Operations:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in the HR system - TimesPro.
- Administer employee confirmations, promotions, transfers, and offboarding processes (exit clearance, interviews).
- Handle the preparation and submission of government-related claims and surveys (e.g., Maternity/Paternity claims, NS makeup pay, Income Tax – IR21, CPF contributions).
- Manage work pass applications, renewals, and cancellations (EP, S Pass, WP).
3. Compensation, Benefits & Leave Management:
- Support monthly payroll processing in collaboration with finance/outsourced vendor.
- Administer employee benefits programs (insurance, medical, welfare).
- Manage leave records, including annual, sick, childcare, and other statutory leaves in compliance with the Singapore Employment Act.
4. Employee Engagement & Relations:
- Act as a first point of contact for employee HR queries.
- Support in organizing employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and company events.
- Assist in maintaining positive employee relations and communication channels.
- Coordinate training logistics, applications for grants (e.g., SkillsFuture SG), and maintain training records.
- Provide administrative support for the annual performance review cycle.
6. Compliance & Policy Management:
- Ensure all HR practices comply with MOM laws and regulations.
- Assist in the implementation and communication of HR policies and handbook updates.
Qualifications:
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of relevant hands‑on HR experience, preferably as an HR Executive or similar generalist role in Singapore.
- Proficiency in HR Management and HR Operations.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and experience with Employee Relations.
- Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices and frameworks.
- Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.
- Experience in handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
