Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out training for internal & external customer.
• Provide support on the operation & use of Makino Products.
• Provide machining process & product recommendations to suit to customer parts.
• Demonstrate machine operation and machine features at trade shows and open house events.
• Perform machine test to demonstrate capability / prove processing concepts.
• Travel to customer place for machine testing & troubleshooting.
• Prepare technical training contents & manual.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma with 5 years of relevant experience in machine tool / stamping tool & die industry.
• Proficient with 3D & 2D CAD design software, like NX, Solidworks, Mastercam, Hypermill, etc.
• Good in Microsoft Office, Savvy in various computer skills.
• Experience in CNC Sinker/Wire EDM operation is preferable
• Willingness to travel up to 20% at times for overseas project.
• Multilingual abilities are a plus, proficiency in Mandarin will be an advantage to liaise with mandarin speaking corporates.
