Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in precision manufacturing, including 3+ years in engineering leadership.
• Proficient in CAD/CAM software and GD&T principles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and project management skills.

• Lead a team of engineers in developing and optimizing CNC machining and assembly processes.
• Drive cycle time reduction and tool life improvement.
• Oversee design and qualification of jigs, fixtures, and tools.
