Responsibilities
- Prepare copper material as per electrode design drawings.
- Setup and check CNC machine profiles.
- Conduct self-inspection and document dimensions.

- Follow electrode design drawing to prepare copper material with EROWA holder.
- Follow program sheet to prepare cutter.
- Setup electrode holder into CNC machine and check CNC profile and de-burring
- Setup steel work piece and check CNC profile with 3D model (UG software)
- Self-inspection and write the dimension checking
- Observe the correct working method
- Meet the Quality, Productivity & Efficiency as per KPI requirement
- Ensure the maintenance of machine been carried out and documented
- Ensure good housekeeping is maintained with the work areas
