• 3. 熟练掌握公司各类活动规则与优惠政策，并在工作中主动向宾客宣传；宾客结算时，通过适当交流收集满意度反馈，及时跟进并处理潜在问题。

  Master the rules and preferential policies of the company's promotions and proactively promote them to guests; during guest checkout, gather satisfaction feedback through appropriate communication and follow up on potential issues promptly.

• 4. 与服务团队保持紧密协作，配合处理宾客的个性化需求，协助解决特殊账务问题，提升整体服务效率。

  Work closely with the service team to handle guests' personalized needs, assist in resolving special billing issues, and improve overall service efficiency.

• 5. 负责收银台区域的日常清洁、物品整理，定期检查并维护收银设备，确保设备正常运行与区域整洁有序。

  Maintain the daily cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter area; regularly inspect and maintain cashier equipment to ensure normal operation and an orderly environment.

• 6. 服从上级安排，完成交办的其他行政事务与运营支持类工作。

  Comply with supervisor arrangements and complete other assigned administrative and operational support tasks.

• 1. 学历与经验：中学或以上学历；有收银、餐饮前台经验者优先，具备 1 年以上酒店、水疗及相关服务行业经验者将优先考虑。

  Minimum O level or above. Prior experience as a cashier, F&B front‑of‑house staff, or 1+ year of experience in hotel, spa, or related service industries is preferred.

• 2. 专业技能：熟悉 POS 收银系统及常见支付方式（现金、信用卡、电子支付等）；且能熟练操作电脑完成基础办公任务。

  Familiar with POS systems and common payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Proficient in basic computer operations for office tasks.
