A leading manufacturing firm in Singapore is seeking a proactive Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in manufacturing. Based in Singapore, we are looking for a pro-active and results-driven Manufacturing Supervisor to lead daily operations on the production floor. This includes overseeing a team of operators, ensuring production targets are met, and driving initiatives that enhance safety, quality, and efficiency.
You establish clear goals with anticipated outcomes and results. You utilize systems and technology to stay on track. You prepare content for communication that is impactful. You listen to get a better read on what’s going on with others.
