Job description
薪资待遇 / Salary Range

S$2,900 – S$3,300

工作职责 / Job Responsibilities
  • 1. 负责日常收银账务管理,确保所有交易记录准确无误;每日交接班时,需核对现金库存与收银日报表,保障账目清晰。

    Ensure the accuracy of all transaction records; verify cash inventory and daily cashier reports during shift handovers to maintain clear accounts.

  • 2. 接听前台电话并处理订位咨询,以礼貌、专业的态度回复各类问题;热情接待到店宾客,解答账单明细、付款方式等相关疑问。

    Answer front desk calls and handle reservation inquiries with polite and professional responses; warmly greet guests and assist with queries regarding bill details and payment methods.

  • 3. 熟练掌握公司各类活动规则与优惠政策,并在工作中主动向宾客宣传;宾客结算时,通过适当交流收集满意度反馈,及时跟进并处理潜在问题。

    Master the rules and preferential policies of the company's promotions and proactively promote them to guests; during guest checkout, gather satisfaction feedback through appropriate communication and follow up on potential issues promptly.

  • 4. 与服务团队保持紧密协作,配合处理宾客的个性化需求,协助解决特殊账务问题,提升整体服务效率。

    Work closely with the service team to handle guests' personalized needs, assist in resolving special billing issues, and improve overall service efficiency.

  • 5. 负责收银台区域的日常清洁、物品整理,定期检查并维护收银设备,确保设备正常运行与区域整洁有序。

    Maintain the daily cleanliness and organization of the cashier counter area; regularly inspect and maintain cashier equipment to ensure normal operation and an orderly environment.

  • 6. 服从上级安排,完成交办的其他行政事务与运营支持类工作。

    Comply with supervisor arrangements and complete other assigned administrative and operational support tasks.

任职要求 / Job Requirements
  • 1. 学历与经验:中学或以上学历;有收银、餐饮前台经验者优先,具备 1 年以上酒店、水疗及相关服务行业经验者将优先考虑。

    Minimum O level or above. Prior experience as a cashier, F&B front‑of‑house staff, or 1+ year of experience in hotel, spa, or related service industries is preferred.

  • 2. 专业技能:熟悉 POS 收银系统及常见支付方式(现金、信用卡、电子支付等);且能熟练操作电脑完成基础办公任务。

    Familiar with POS systems and common payment methods, including cash, credit cards, and digital payments. Proficient in basic computer operations for office tasks.

  • 3. 职业素养:工作细致严谨,责任感强,具备良好的数字敏感度与诚信品格;为人正直可靠,有担当且能严于律己。

    Meticulous, responsible, with strong numerical aptitude and integrity. Honest, reliable, accountable, and self‑disciplined.

  • 4. 服务与沟通:仪表整洁得体,服务意识强;具备良好沟通能力与自然亲切的笑容感染力,能热情接待宾客。

    Well‑groomed and with a strong service orientation. Possesses good communication skills and a naturally warm, engaging demeanor to greet guests warmly.

  • 5. 综合能力与工作安排:应变能力与学习能力突出,可快速适应工作流程调整;能接受轮班制,并配合周末及公共假期的工作安排。

    Excellent adaptability and learning ability to quickly adjust to workflow changes. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
