The organisation is a Singapore-listed real estate investment trust with a well-established and clear focus on long-term value creation assets portfolio. The platform is entering its next phase of growth, offering candidates hands‑on exposure to listed‑entity governance, capital management, and strategic initiatives. The role provides a strong learning curve, close interaction with senior leadership and board members, and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility within a stable yet evolving REIT environment.

Reporting to the CFO, the appointed individual will be responsible for overseeing core finance and reporting activities, including the review of monthly, quarterly, and annual group financials, consolidation outputs, and regulatory disclosures. The role will be equally responsible for governance and corporate secretarial matters, including the coordination of Board and Committee meetings, AGMs, statutory filings, and post‑meeting actions. The position will also support audit coordination, compliance with listing and regulatory requirements, budgeting and forecasting processes, and other ad‑hoc initiatives such as risk management and sustainability‑related work, working closely with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

The ideal candidate is a hands‑on finance professional with strong exposure to both financial reporting and corporate governance within a listed or regulated environment (5+ Years). They bring experience supporting board and committee processes, AGMs, audits, and statutory compliance, alongside a solid grounding in group reporting and regulatory disclosures. Comfortable working closely with senior management, auditors, and external advisors, they are detail‑driven, well organised, and able to manage multiple deadlines independently. Experience within a REIT, real estate platform, or listed entity is highly advantageous.
