A leading finance company in Singapore is seeking a Finance Systems Transformation Lead to oversee the end-to-end transformation of finance systems. Job Purpose

Reporting to the CFO, this role will lead the end-to-end transformation of the Group’s finance systems, from initial design and vendor selection through implementation, go-live, and stabilisation. The role requires strong IFRS, group consolidation, and system migration experience, with the ability to drive complex change across Finance, IT, and external vendors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end finance system transformation, including requirements definition, vendor selection, implementation, data migration, testing, and go-live.
  • Act as the finance lead for all system-related decisions across GL, AR, AP, reporting, and consolidation.
  • Ensure systems fully support IFRS-compliant financial reporting and group consolidation, including intercompany eliminations and group adjustments.
  • Oversee and validate group consolidation and multi-entity reporting outputs.
  • Lead or oversee e-invoicing implementation and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Manage external vendors and work closely with IT and finance stakeholders.
  • Lead UAT, change management, and user adoption.
  • Ensure strong data integrity, controls, and audit readiness throughout the transition.
Requirements
  • Degree in Accounting or Finance; professional qualification preferred (ACCA/CPA/CA).
  • 10+ years of finance experience, with proven experience leading finance system or ERP transformations.
  • Strong hands-on experience in IFRS reporting and group consolidation.
  • Experience with e-invoicing frameworks and regulatory requirements.
  • Exposure to ERP and consolidation systems (e.g. SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, NetSuite, Hyperion, OneStream, or similar).
  • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and project execution skills.
