A leading ed-tech company in Singapore is seeking an experienced CFO to shape financial strategy and manage capital in a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance leadership, with 8–15 years of experience in tech or start-ups. Responsibilities include overseeing budgeting, compliance, and fundraising efforts. A hands-on strategic thinker is essential for driving profitability and establishing financial discipline.
Formación
- 8–15 years of finance leadership experience, ideally in tech or start-ups.
- Experience with fundraising and scaling high-growth companies.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
Responsabilidades
- Lead financial strategy, planning, and analysis.
- Oversee accounting, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow.
- Build scalable financial systems and processes for growth.
- Partner with CEO on fundraising and investor relations.
- Drive revenue strategy and pricing models.
- Manage risk and financial controls.

The CFO will be a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for shaping the company’s financial strategy, managing capital, driving profitability, and ensuring financial discipline as the company scales. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and the ability to navigate the unique challenges of a high-growth ed-tech environment.
- Lead overall financial strategy, planning, and analysis.
- Oversee accounting, budgeting, reporting, compliance, and cash flow.
- Build scalable financial systems and processes for growth.
- Partner with CEO on fundraising, investor relations, and board reporting.
- Drive revenue strategy, pricing models, and commercial insights.
- Manage risk, governance, and financial controls.
- Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting; MBA/CPA preferred.
- 8–15 years of finance leadership, ideally in tech or start-ups.
- Experience with fundraising and scaling high-growth companies.
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on mindset.
