About the role

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and executive support to the Chief Executive Officer at HAISCO PHARMACEUTICALS PTE.LTD. This is a full‑time role based in Sentosa Central Region.

What you’ll be doing
  1. Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule, coordinating meetings and appointments with internal and external stakeholders
  2. Prepare agendas, take detailed minutes, and follow up on action items from meetings
  3. Handle the CEO's correspondence, both written and verbal, and filter incoming inquiries and requests
  4. Assist with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other high‑level documents
  5. liaise with various departments to gather information and support the CEO's priorities
  6. Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements, including itineraries, bookings, and expenses
  7. Provide discreet and confidential support to the CEO, ensuring sensitive information is handled appropriately
  8. Undertake ad‑hoc administrative tasks as required to support the CEO and the wider leadership team
What we're looking for
  1. Minimum 2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast‑paced, corporate environment
  2. Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multi‑task and prioritise effectively
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
  4. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  5. Demonstrated discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information
  6. A proactive and solutions‑oriented mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality work
