DESCRIPTION:
The Business Development Manager (BDM) role at Clean Circle Pte. Ltd. provides practical experience and industry knowledge to support business expansion in the commercial cleaning sector. This position focuses on developing skills in client engagement, market research, and business development activities within the B2B cleaning services market, contributing to the company’s growth and enhancing the individual’s professional development.
RESPONSIBILITIES :
1. Assist in identifying potential clients and preparing sales proposals to support business growth.
2. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to aid in business development planning.
3. Support client meetings, gather feedback, and help maintain positive relationships.
4. Help prepare documentation for tenders, contracts, and quotations.
5. Use CRM tools to track leads and manage sales-related activities effectively.
TECHNICAL SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
1. Ability to draft simple proposals and communicate service offerings clearly. Understand how to present company information in a structured and professional manner.
2. Gain exposure to basic research methods such as desktop studies and observation of industry trends.
3. Understand the importance of listening and documenting client needs accurately.
4. Learn how to format and compile standard documents such as quotations and basic agreements. Gain an understanding of how documentation supports business processes.
5. Become familiar with using CRM systems to input data, update client records, and view sales activity timelines.
