Job summary

A leading payment solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced B2B Sales Executive to drive new business and manage the sales cycle. The ideal candidate should have over 5 years of experience in payment services, strong new-client acquisition abilities, and the capability to navigate complex enterprise sales. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to a fast-paced startup environment, working closely with clients and internal teams to enhance payment workflows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition and build a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting, outreach, and relationship building.

  • Promote and position our end-to-end payment platform to enterprises, SaaS platforms, marketplaces, and high-growth companies.

  • Conduct consultative sales discussions, demonstrating how our payment solutions can improve clients’ payment workflows, operations, and revenue efficiency.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closing.

  • Work closely with Product, Compliance, and Integration teams to ensure smooth merchant onboarding.

  • Identify customer needs and propose appropriate payment solutions such as payment processing, settlement, reconciliation, invoicing, and billing features.

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to accelerate growth in key verticals.

  • Monitor industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to identify new opportunities.

Requirements
  • 5+ years of B2B Sales/BD experience in Payment Services.

  • Proven hunter with strong new-client acquisition.

  • Knowledge of payment workflows, APMs, API integrations, settlement, and compliance (KYC/AML/KYB).

  • Experience selling to mid–large enterprises, SaaS, and high-growth/IPO-stage companies.

  • Ability to manage complex enterprise sales cycles.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
