An established IT-services firm in Singapore is looking for an IT Sales and Business Development Manager to drive business expansion by developing sales pipelines and engaging with clients. This role requires a minimum of three years of experience in sales, particularly within the System Integrator or Managed Services sector, alongside strong communication skills and the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. The position offers a remuneration package with a basic salary of up to S$ 8,000 and performance-related incentives.

Location: Central Area (3 minutes walk from Promenade MRT)
Working Hours: 5 Days Work Week, 9am to 6pm (Mon-Fri)
Remuneration Package:
The IT Sales and Business Development Manager works in close partnership with the IT business unit’s leadership and acts as the main technical and commercial liaison for clients and prospective customers. The role focuses on illustrating how standardized technology solutions integrate with each client’s operational and technical landscape, and how these solutions can create measurable value. The position also encompasses a range of responsibilities essential to driving business expansion, including engaging with clients, identifying opportunities, shaping proposals, and supporting the sales cycle from initial contact to closure. To excel, the incumbent must bring strong technical insight, an entrepreneurial approach, and a high level of motivation to tackle challenges and contribute meaningfully to the organization’s growth.
