As a Salesperson at Happie SG, you will be the face of our brand, helping customers discover products that meet their needs while providing a friendly and engaging shopping experience. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, promoting brand awareness, and ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing personalized recommendations.
• Sales Performance:Actively promote and sell our products, meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to the overall success of the team.
• Product Knowledge:Stay informed about the latest product offerings and trends to effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Customer Service Excellence:Resolve customer inquiries, concerns, or complaints with a positive attitude, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.
• Team Collaboration:Work closely with fellow team members to meet daily and monthly sales goals, contribute to a positive work environment, and share insights to improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in retail or a customer-facing environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Enthusiastic, positive, and approachable attitude.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mentality.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
