Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute marketing initiatives aligned with overall business goals to support revenue growth.
  • Create and implement brand strategies for key product lines.
  • Track and analyse sales and marketing performance, applying insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and monitor stock levels to ensure healthy product availability.
  • Oversee tender submissions and maintain strong engagement with key stakeholders within the healthcare sector.
  • Lead new product introductions, including launch planning, rollout timelines, sampling, and display guidelines.
  • Review market and sales trends to recommend suitable marketing actions.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs and identify opportunities for portfolio expansion.
  • Provide product training to equip the sales team with updated technical knowledge.
  • Motivate, guide, and support the sales team in achieving targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Serve as the primary contact for product-related queries and work with internal teams to resolve issues.
  • Perform additional duties as required to support business operations.
Requirements
  • Degree or Diploma in Pharmaceutical Studies, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or equivalent.
  • At least 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably with knowledge in dermatology-related products.
  • Solid client network with GPs, specialists, and hospital accounts will be advantageous.
