Job summary

A leading luxury retail company in Singapore is seeking a Retail Operation Associate to ensure smooth store operations. You will play a key role in supporting the sales team, managing stockroom inventory, and maintaining operational procedures. The ideal candidate has experience in retail operations, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Retail hours, including weekends, will be required for this position.

Job description

Our client is a world-renowned luxury maison celebrated for its exceptional craftsmanship, rich heritage, and highly curated client experience. We are looking for a Retail Operation Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations, enabling the sales team to focus fully on delivering an elevated client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide full operational support to the boutique, ensuring efficient replenishment and minimising client waiting time.
  • Organize and maintain stockroom inventory in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Support daily product placement on the shop floor, aligned with stock availability.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and operational procedures for internal reference.
  • Ensure store maintenance meets safety, security, and visual presentation standards.
  • Oversee supply management for packaging materials, stationery, uniforms, and maintenance needs.
  • Assist store management with administrative and back-office duties as required.
Job Requirements
  • Previous experience in retail operations, stock management, or back-of-house roles is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining efficiency and professionalism.
  • Able to commit to retail hours including weekends, closing shifts, and peak seasons
