Job summary
A dynamic marketing firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to develop and execute integrated marketing and event strategies that drive awareness and engagement. The ideal candidate will possess 3–5 years of experience in marketing or events, demonstrating strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate events from concept to execution. Flexibility for evening and weekend work is essential. This full-time role offers an engaging work environment with a focus on creativity.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, events, brand, or experiential roles.
- Strong project management and execution skills.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable working on the ground during events.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and event strategies.
- Plan, manage, and deliver events and campaigns from concept to execution.
- Track performance metrics such as attendance and engagement.
Skills
- Develop and execute integrated marketing and event strategies to drive awareness, footfall, and engagement
- Plan, manage, and deliver events, activations, workshops, and campaigns from concept to execution
- Oversee marketing calendars, campaign timelines, and event schedules
- Work closely with internal teams, tenants, partners, and vendors to ensure smooth execution
- Manage social media, digital marketing, and on-ground promotional activities
- Coordinate media, influencers, and community partners for campaigns and events
- Manage budgets, procurement, and post‑event reporting
- Track performance metrics such as attendance, engagement, and campaign outcomes
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and event touchpoints
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in marketing, events, brand, or experiential roles
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Hands‑on, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working on the ground during events
- Experience working with agencies, vendors, and multiple stakeholders
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required
- Experience in lifestyle, retail, F&B, culture, or youth‑focused brands is an advantage
- Full‑time role with flexible hours
- May require evening and weekend work during events and activations
