We are seeking an experienced Accounting and Tax Manager to oversee financial reporting, statutory compliance, and tax matters for a leading global automotive brand. This role requires strong technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage complex reporting requirements in a structured environment.

Description
Financial Management & Reporting
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.
  • Prepare and review management accounts, including balance sheet, P&L, and variance analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with group reporting standards and local accounting regulations.
  • Support audits (internal and external) and maintain accurate documentation.
Tax & Compliance
  • Manage corporate tax matters, including annual tax computations and filings.
  • Oversee GST reporting and ensure compliance with local tax regulations.
  • Coordinate transfer pricing documentation and liaise with tax advisors.
  • Implement and monitor tax compliance frameworks and policies.
Treasury & Cash Management
  • Monitor cash flow and liquidity positions.
  • Manage banking relationships and oversee payment processes.
  • Support treasury reporting and compliance with group policies.
Process Improvement
  • Drive efficiency in financial processes and reporting systems.
  • Ensure adherence to internal controls and compliance standards.
Profile
  • Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • At least 5 years of experience in financial reporting and tax compliance.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and local GAAP.
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred.
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and able to work collaboratively across teams.
