Marketing Executive

Location: Paya Lebar
Working hours: 9am - 6pm
Salary: $2,400 - $3,400

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and manage marketing campaigns that support company objectives and target key audiences

• Create engaging content and manage campaigns across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, etc.)

• Develop digital strategies to increase reach, engagement, and brand visibility

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, etc.) to ensure campaigns align with lead generation and conversion goals

• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance and ROI to senior stakeholders

• Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities

• Support in the development of creative assets, campaign messaging, and marketing materials

• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to keep the brand relevant and competitive

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

• Solid knowledge of major social media platforms and digital marketing trends

• Experience with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

• Familiar with organic content strategies and performance metrics

• Detail-oriented, creative, and highly organized

• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
