A leading event management company in Singapore is seeking a talented Accountant or Accounts Executive to join their dynamic team. - Preparing and processing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
- Reconciling bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records.
- Generating financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Providing support to the finance team and collaborating with other departments as needed.

We are seeking a talented Accountant or Accounts Executive to join our dynamic team ShowtecGroup. Based in the Tagore North-East Region, this full-time position will play a crucial role in maintaining the company's financial records and ensuring accurate reporting.
Preparing and processing financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
Reconciling bank statements, general ledger accounts, and other financial records
Generating financial reports, such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
Assisting with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
Ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements
Providing support to the finance team and collaborating with other departments as needed
Relevant degree in Accounting or a related field
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the finance or accounting industry
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and data analysis
Proficiency in using XERO accounting software and Microsoft Office applications will be added advantage
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
