The Elite Job is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Virtual Assistant to provide full‑time administrative and operational support to our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech‑savvy, and capable of handling multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced virtual environment. This role is critical in ensuring smooth business operations, effective communication, and seamless coordination across teams.
Provide day‑to‑day administrative support, including email management, calendar scheduling, and document preparation.
Assist in managing projects, tracking deadlines, and coordinating tasks across departments.
Conduct research, compile data, and create reports for decision‑making purposes.
Handle client communications professionally via email, chat, or video conferencing.
Maintain digital files and ensure data confidentiality.
Assist in social media management, content scheduling, or basic marketing tasks as needed.
Coordinate and organize virtual meetings, webinars, and team events.
Perform other ad‑hoc tasks to support management and team objectives.
Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role.
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Trello, Asana).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Exceptional organizational and time‑management abilities.
High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a virtual assistant or administrative support role.

Full-time role with flexible working hours aligned with Singapore/Philippines time zones.
Standard working hours: 40 hours per week, with occasional availability for urgent tasks or meetings.
