Job summary

A leading engineering solutions provider in Singapore is seeking an experienced M&E Engineer to coordinate with consultants and supervise installations. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering and at least 5 years of relevant experience, preferably with LTA MRT projects. Strong skills in 2D and 3D CAD drafting using Revit and AutoCAD are required. This role encompasses site supervision, preparation of sign-off drawings, and collaboration with various stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with LTA MRT projects.
• Good knowledge of engineering specifications, drawings, scope, and sequence of work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with M&E consultants and contractors to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Prepare and manage SWC sign-off drawings and MEP clearances.
• Conduct site supervision for M&E installations.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with M&E consultants and System-wide Service Contractors (SWCs) to ensure compliance with M&E specifications and achieve quality standards for M&E works.
• Coordinate with M&E sub-contractors for material approvals and site installation.
• Prepare and manage SWC sign-off drawings and MEP clearances.
• Conduct site supervision for M&E installations.
• Attend SWC coordination meetings and communicate with the construction team for smooth site operations.
• Understand existing BIM (Revit) and edit BIM models in detail upon request.
• Assist Design Manager with assigned tasks.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, preferably with LTA MRT projects.
• Good knowledge of 2D and 3D CAD drafting using Revit and AutoCAD.
• Strong understanding of M&E specifications, drawings, scope, and sequence of work.
• Degree in Civil Engineering (Building Management, Construction Management, or equivalent).
