Responsibilities

• Operate specialized machines to manufacture silver paste.

• Maintain and monitor technical devices to ensure proper functioning.

• Understand machine operations and conduct periodic quality checks.

• Ensure adequate materials and supplies are available for production.

• Analyze machine operations and outputs; adjust machines for changeovers or varying production needs.

• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout.

• Provide manufacturing engineering information upon request.

• Ensure compliance with government regulations and maintain product quality standards.

• Coordinate maintenance according to manufacturer instructions and established procedures.

• Support R&D teams with analyses and assessments.

• Inspect silver adhesive material and collect/compile statistical quality data.

• Analyze data to identify areas for quality improvement and implement corrective/preventive actions.

• Prepare reports to communicate quality activities outcomes.

• Manage documentation systems and support ISO9001 and ISO45001 certifications.

• Support Singapore & Japan production line moves for new product introductions by coordinating quality, materials, tools, and layouts.

• Provide manufacturing support for Silver Paste products to global customers (USA, Europe, Asia).

• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Skills in data collection, analysis, problem-solving, and customer service orientation.

• 2–3 years’ experience in order processing, shipping documentation, sales coordination, and/or customer service.

• Diploma in Engineering.
