A leading hospitality company in Singapore is looking for a Security Officer to perform essential security duties, ensuring the safety of guests, employees, and property. The role includes monitoring security systems, conducting regular checks, and responding to incidents. Candidates should have a high school diploma and at least one year of security experience. Responsible for implementing safety and security policies in accordance with InterContinental Hotels Group standards. You will also help to create a desired work culture around our Winning Ways of the InterContinental Hotels Group and embrace the IHG Commitment.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
High School or vocational training, with 1 year of security and safety experience and/or military/law enforcement experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Obtained certification in safety and training and/or licensed as a Security Officer or Law Enforcement Officer may be required. Certified CPR, First Aid instructor and training in law enforcement techniques desired. Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, OSHA requirements and fire codes and life safety codes.
