  • Support the head bakers with the daily viennoiserie production
  • Produce breads [european bread and viennoiserie]
  • Produce [for occasions] panettone according to agreed recipes
  • Safely operate baking machineries
  • Ensure the highest of customer satisfaction through king of quality bakery products
  • Minimise wastage of ingredients and stocks
  • Organise orders and liaise with suppliers
  • Maintain functionality and cleanliness of baking area utensils, tools, implements and machinery
